1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

• Product is damaged
• Wrong item received
• Product has manufacturing defects

2. Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must include order details and proof images if required

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible:

• Used products
• Damaged by customer misuse
• Customized or special-order items

5. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
